Are you having a hard time keeping your house clean with the pet’s inside? Do you always wonder how your friends, family and friends of friends keep their places clean and tidy? The easy answer would be, yes a house cleaner, but that is not always in everyone’s budget or an option they want to pursue.

Start by wiping off your pet’s paws right after they come inside, from outside. This will help eliminate and control dirt and bacteria coming into your house. Don’t forget to take off your shoes as well!
Vacuum EVERYDAY. Yes this may seem like a lot, but this doesn’t have to be a deep clean, I do that once a week. The handheld dyson is perfect for this quick run through to keep those floors clean.
Wash your pet’s bedding weekly or as needed. There is a lot of fur and dirt that sticks to their bedding/ blankets or whatever you use. This will also keep that ‘pet smell’ controlled. For me that would be a ‘dog smell’ from my Great Pyrenees. He is a clean dog but he is just so big he naturally has that ‘dog smell.’ No matter how many baths he gets, trust me that smell just sticks.
Keep your pet up to date on grooming. Book your groom with us at Dani’s Pet Palace! Regular grooming and brushing will also help with overall cleanliness everywhere.
Keep that lint roller close! Have one in your car, purse and every room in the house! These are great for your clothing as you are heading out the door and even for your furniture if your pet likes to jump up on the couch.
These are just a few things to keep things tidy, clean and in order. I like to keep things clean, I am also known as a ‘neat freak’ so that list goes on! It may seem like a lot at first, but if you make a habit out of it, it’s a piece of cake!
