Are you starting to get bored? Not sure what to do while being at home safe with your pet's? If you are like us, being bored is not in our vocabulary. There is ALWAYS something to do.
Try your best to keep up with your pet's coat. It will be difficult with some breeds, but who's up for a good challenge? Brush your pet's coat everyday to try and prevent matting and to start getting rid of some undercoat, as that time of the year is here. (If you have a Great Pyrenees like me or similar breed this is a never ending battle haha!)
Trim those nails! Even if you just trim the very tip for right now, (if you are nervous you will cut the quick) it will help, until you can book in for a groom for your pet. Most pet stores are open for you to purchase a pair of nail clippers.

Work on some new tricks. Get your basic commands such as sit, stay, and come mastered to perfection! Currently we are working on getting Duke to dance as his sister Tia already knows how.
Research! Try to gain valuable knowledge or fun facts about your pet's.
Currently there is no evidence that your pet can become infected with COVID-19. (Veterinary Medical Association) However, there is a risk of transmission with the animals fur if an infected person coughs directly on their coat and an uninfected person touches it shortly after. Make sure you are taking precautions and following guidelines, trying your best to not be in contact with other pet's to help prevent the spread.
I know these are stressful times right now, everything feels different and unnatural. It will be over one day and everything will be OKAY.
